As we approach the 2016 budget session, this nation awaits the fate of various issues that are of concern to us. These issues range from national security to economy. The big question is will there even be a debate at all? Based on the the track record from 2010 onwards, it is highly unlikely that a single issue will see healthy debate but used to disrupt both Houses of the Parliament yet again.
Normal citizens of this country, cutting across party lines, would expect healthy discussion and decisions on issues like below.
But again, we all know what will eventually get discussed and used to disrupt this session – JNU, HU, National Herald, Quota politics and some other fringe issues.
